Monash University Malaysia: Fees and What It Offers (2026-27)

From Monash Malaysia's published course pages, annual tuition for the 2027 intake:

• Bachelor of Business and Commerce (3 years): RM 54,240 per year - about Rs 12.7 lakh at RM 1 = Rs 23.4437 (29 October 2026)
• Bachelor of Computer Science (3 years): RM 57,600 per year - about Rs 13.5 lakh
• Medicine (BMedSci/MD, 5 years): RM 148,320 per year - about Rs 34.8 lakh; roughly Rs 1.74 crore over five years

Plus general fees: RM 100 application, RM 200 registration, RM 100 per semester amenities. Figures as published; the pages show no separate service-tax line.

• The same degree family as Monash Australia: for medicine, Monash states the selection criteria, learning objectives and assessments are identical to the Australian course.
• Global mobility: Monash's structure includes inter-campus opportunities - the medicine page, for example, includes a three-month clinical attachment in Australia.
• Rankings pedigree: Monash University is equal 36th globally in the QS World University Rankings 2026 (Monash's own announcement) - and the Malaysia campus carries its name, curriculum and standards.

• Families who want an Australian-university degree at Malaysia costs and Malaysia proximity.

• Business, computing, engineering and science students who want a research-intensive university name on the certificate.
